Goat Yoga Returns to TrustedGut Brewery and Taproom

About this Event

Stretch it out, laugh it off, and trust your gut—Hello Critter Goat Yoga is baack at TrustedGut Brewery and Taproom for more movement, mischief, and healthy hops.

Our gentle, curious companion goats will roam freely during this all-levels indoor session led by a certified yoga pro. Bring your sense of humor—this is not your typical yoga class. Yogis become the playground for our caprine kids as they crawl through rows of peaceful warriors, climb mountain poses, and play a little bumper goats along the way.

Their good-natured, spontaneous antics may steal the spotlight—nibbling a hoodie string, testing your tree-pose balance, or even topping your plank (core strengthening gets real here). Somewhere between the sweet stretches and hearty laughs, you might just awaken the kid inside who could use some wholesome playtime.

It’s yoga… and it’s unforGOATable.

About us

Hello Critter Goat Yoga was founded by Michelle Tritten, who brought the very first goat yoga gathering to Los Angeles on Earth Day 2017. Her journey with goats began in the 1980s, long before goat yoga was ever imagined, and a decade later yoga entered her life—two passions that eventually merged into a joyful, community-centered offering.

Today, Michelle and her mama, Donna—affectionately known as the G.O.A.T. Gramaah—share experiences with their rescued and fostered companion goats throughout Greater Los Angeles. The herd has been invited repeatedly to iconic locations including the L.A. Arboretum, The Gamble House, Castle Green, Terranea Resort, and UCLA, as well as community spaces and private homes.

Hello Critter experiences range from goat yoga and sound baths to scenic goat hikes, pet-n-paint parties, and meet-n-bleat gatherings. Each offering is intentionally designed to foster connection, inclusivity, and lighthearted joy—creating moments where titles fade, barriers soften, and strangers become friends.

At the heart of Hello Critter is a deep respect for animals. The goats are intelligent, curious, and highly social, each with a distinct personality. Their health, happiness, and wellbeing always come first, and every experience is structured to balance human joy with animal care. Thoughtfully cared for and deeply loved, the goats are equal parts heart-openers and scene-stealers—often hopping into their orange Subaru Crosstrek to visit places most goats will never see.
