RISE TO THE DAWN CHALLENGE! - Saturday 17th May 2025Take part in a spectacular early morning run - and be home in time for breakfast!
This instructor-led, paced 7KM, where you'll be put into groups before you start, depending on your speed, takes place before daybreak so you'll experience all the stunning sights and sounds that Killruddery has to offer as the sun rises up over Dublin Bay.
Challenge yourself on some of HELL & BACK's infamous obstacles, including Hell on Earth, Heartbreak Ridge, Valley of Pain and Satan's Pit, as seen on Ireland's Fittest Family TV Show!

- 7KM Run, including 6KM Obstacles
Suitable for ages 16+, accompanied by an adult.
