Behold an evening of reverie as the veil between worlds thins. Together we gather to honor Hekate. This festival marks not only sacred Deipnon, a time for offerings and renewal, but also the celebration of a new cycle in the wheel of the year. The energies of Samhain are upon us! Join us for ritual, shared stories, and community connection right here at Folklore.
At 7:30pm, we will invoke Hekate's wisdom and guidance through ritual guided by McCann's Metaphysical Menagerie, welcoming her into our lives as we step boldly into this new beginning. Join us for a working filled with enchantment, abundance & renewal.
Entry to this mystical gathering is a gift - FREE - with a request for love donations for Salty Cat Cafe. Got extra pet supplies you don't need, extra cat food, or even a few extra dollars? Let's help out the Salty Cats of St. Andrews and give them the love they deserve! 😻
You will have the chance to win an enchantingly crafted prize for dressing the part. We want to see your best depiction of Hekate and the spirits of Samhain - channel the essence of ancient divinity, decorate yourself with symbols and garments that speak of bygone eras and those you wish to honor. Entry will be at the front shop desk, our vendors will be our illustrious judges, and we will be announcing the winner at 9pm sharp!
DJ Cat Stash will be joining us to uplift us with enchanting tunes throughout the event, with the collective joining us around the cauldron in the evening for stories of old mythos and lore and an acoustic open mic. Bring your instruments and stories to share!
