Ladies, join us for a night of sexy dancing, sensuality, and empowerment! Heels are encouraged but not required. This event is curated for ladies with little to no dance experience. Enjoy good vibes, Lady Boss Vendors and complimentary cocktails. You will leave feeling empowered and sexy after learning a dance in a judgment-free zone. What is #HEELSOUT®?

#HEELSOUT® is a dance class like no other, which is why we call it an experience. Ladies will get in touch with their sexy/sensual side by learning a dance routine. You will be led through a warm-up and learn a sexy routine from one of our sexy, fun and professional instructors. We enhance the experience with our complimentary cocktail bar. Little, to no dance experience is welcomed.

What should I wear?

Wear attire that you can dance in comfortably. Some women like to dress super sexy and others wear yoga pants. Dresses/skirts are only appropriate if worn with shorts.

Do I have to wear heels in order to attend this class?

Heels are optional. Some ladies choose to wear their heels at the end of class, once the choreography has been taught. We suggest you wear them during the warm-up so that you gain confidence in wearing them while dancing. Otherwise, you can dance in sneakers. Sandals/flip flops are not safe to dance in and therefore not allowed during movement. Pump heels, Stiletto heels, sling back heels, or heels without ankle support are discouraged. A chunky heel/bootie is suggested.

I'm nervous. I don't have much dance experience. Can I try this class?

Yes! You owe it to yourself to give it a try. Most women who attend are nervous or anxious the first time, so you're not alone. We cultivate a judgment-free zone and the dance instruction is catered toward beginners. You will enjoy the #HEELSOUT Movement.
