Join us for an exciting and energetic dance class that will make you feel confident and empowered! Whether you're a beginner or have some dance experience, these classes are designed to help you improve your dance skills while having a great time!

3:00PM - 4:00PM BEGINNER LEVEL
Location: Motion Arts Center, 217 S Claremont St, San Mateo, CA 94401
*Class is for adults ages 18 years old and up.

Our experienced instructor will guide you through a variety of dance styles, focusing on mastering movements and techniques while wearing heels. Get ready to unleash your inner diva and learn how to strut your stuff with confidence!
Whether you want to dance for fun, fitness, or to gain more stage presence, this class is perfect for you! Don't worry if you've never danced in heels before; this heels dancing classes are tailor-made for newcomers and anyone craving a dance experience that’s equal parts fun and flirty. Our instructor will provide tips and tricks to help you feel comfortable and graceful.
*If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear a shorter & thicker based heel to start and work your way to a skinner heel.
