This isn’t just another dance class—it’s the start of something I’ve been dreaming about for years. As a lifelong dancer and teacher, I’ve spent most of my journey in the world of partner dance, where I’ve worked hard to create safe, welcoming spaces for everyBODY to feel confident. But I’ve also felt the weight of unrealistic beauty standards, social media comparisons, and the voice in my head telling me I wasn’t “enough” to take up space.
This Heels class is my answer to that voice—and an invitation for you to reclaim your own confidence, too.

Whether you’ve danced for years or this is your very first class, I’ll guide you through a beginner-friendly yet empowering heels choreography that blends technique, sass, and self-expression. You’ll leave feeling stronger, sexier, and more connected to your movement.

Heels (sturdy with ankle support recommended)
Knee pads (optional but encouraged)
