This includes a 2-hour embodiment class lead by Nadia White (stretch, strengthen, meditate, breathe, guided movement exploration, sensual soul-led expression), and 4.5-hour dance party with DJ Sweet Anomaly, hosted by Nadia White and Jenna Homan.
