DESCRIPTION
Join us for an immersive opportunity for children ages 3-8 and their caretakers at , a sentient hedgerow at Building 77, commissioned by the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Visitors will explore the hedgerow through the senses (sight, smell, sound, and touch) and then, using different art supplies and modes of representation, visitors will be encouraged to record and represent their observations.
Each family will receive a tote bag with materials.
This program will be led by prominent educator, Margaret Gillis, PhD.
