In this class, we will explore two unique seafood dishes from the Yucatán peninsula. Students will prepare: Pan de Cazón: Black Cod with tomato and epazote, served between layers of corn tortilla and black beans.

Our homemade corn tortillas will be made on LA Plaza Cocina's comal.
