About this Event
The 2nd annual HECA Research Conference, ‘Sharing an Open Research Landscape’, will take place on 14th November 2023 and will be hosted by Dublin Business School in Dublin's city centre. This hybrid conference will provide an opportunity to meet, share knowledge, and showcase HECA staff and students’ contributions to the national and international research landscape in a variety of academic disciplines.
The HECA Research Conference is a collaboration between independent higher education institutions (HEIs) in Ireland. Its aim is to highlight the importance of research across the HECA institutions by spotlighting key research by staff and students.
The conference has a multi-discipline theme, with research on early learning, schools and tertiary education, supporting students with disabilities, library and open access research initiatives, technology and innovation, and humanities. It serves to illuminate the significant contributions to ongoing wider research interests and the potential of the respective institutions to grow and contribute further to the wider research community in Ireland and abroad.
