This out and back race begins at Burnt Hill Park and runs on paved roads, through rolling hills, and past picturesque farmland, highlighting our beautiful rural town.
Race shirts are included for all runners.
After the Sap Run 5K has concluded all runners are invited to the Hebron Town Center to enjoy the celebration of the Hebron Maple Festival.
Early Registration: January 6 - February 9 $30
Registration: February 10 - March 14 $35
We do not offer refunds but do allow payment transfers to other participants.

Male and Female top finisher Ages: <18, 18 – 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70+
Race Route:
-Start at Burnt Hill Park near Parks and Recreation office
-Right on to East Street
-Right on to Burnt Hill Rd
-Right on to Tiechert Lane
-Loop around Cul-de-sac
-Follow original route back to Burnt Hill Park
