Join us for a beautiful multi-sensory meditation practice that will leave you feeling more in flow with a deeper connection to yourself, your life and others.
EVERYONE is welcome here, and we celebrate the diversity of all people. Including gender identity, sexual orientation, and background, you are valued, respected, and embraced for who you are. This is a space where everyone can be their authentic selves and find support, connection, and belonging.
Doors will open at 8:50am and will be locked by 9am for a prompt start, so arriving early is better than late. Chairs, yoga mats and some cushions are available, please feel free to bring whatever will make you most comfortable.
We will share community time after our meditation until 10:30am.
