Guests of the dinner will be ushered through an evening of amazing crafted cocktails and bourbon flights, all paired with inspired dishes from our scratch kitchen headed by Chef Matt Albert. Jason LaRue, Heaven Hills National Brand Ambassador, will co-host the dinner and provide for all attendees, a deep dive experience into the exclusive three Grains to Glass expressions AND several other notable Elijah Craig bourbons INCLUDING, Elijah Craig 18 Yr and Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel.
6:30 Welcome Barrel Aged Elijah Craig Cocktail served upon arrival.
6:45: Grains 2 Glass Masterclass - Guests servers ALL Three G2G expressions. Family Style Appetizers served.
7:30: Dinner and Exclusive Heaven Hill Cocktails Served. Guests will get to choose from several different composed dishes. An email will sent after ticket is purchased.
8:00: Elijah Craig 18 Year Neat Pour Nightcap
A little glimpse into the whiskeys:
From the distillers of Elijah Craig, Heaven Hill, comes the Grain to Glass Collection. Three incredible, nearly impossible to find, Kentucky whiskeys highlighting the farm-to-table aspect of whiskey making. Planning for this new collection began eight years ago when Heaven Hill formed an exclusive partnership with Indiana-based seed company Beck’s Hybrids, the largest family-owned retail seed company in the U.S. and third largest overall. Heaven Hill's distilling team worked with Beck’s on selecting hybrid corn seed varietals best suited for central Kentucky. These whiskeys are aged over six years at Heaven Hill’s Cox’s Creek rickhouse site. All are non-chill filtered.
