About this Event
Long-running New Year's Eve tradition at Twelve Mile Limit: the HEATWAVE! Dance Party rings in the New Year with local, rare, and sentimental dance jams on vinyl from 1957-1974 - plus tiny confetti poppers, a free champagne toast at midnight, a countdown to a fake Times Square Ball drop on the dance floor, and Ann's grandfather's copy of "Auld Lang Syne" performed by Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians, to which everyone sings along. Pro-consent, sober-friendly, adults only.
Twelve Mile Limit is the fanciest dive bar in Midcity; you can come casual, but a lot of people come in cocktail attire + sequins and sparkles, so if you want a dress-up occasion, knock yourself out.
NO COVER. If the bar gets crowded, we will shift to one-in-one-out door policy, so the smart move is to get there closer to 10pm than to midnight, and tell your friends to do the same.
