About this Event
Join us for a 6 week series where we will learn to shift to healthy choices, affordable healthy meals while keeping our food safe.
We will also discover how to cook our meals healthier, how to use the food labels to our advantage and add extra fruits and vegetables for healthier choices.
With each lesson we will put to the test what we learn with a hands on cooking activity.
Meetings dates are as follows: October 6th, 16th, 30th, November 6th, 20th, and December 4th.
