A lovely 10k (ish) trail that starts in Park Road, Heathfield, follows the Road for a short distance and then winds its way across footpaths, fields and woods out as far as Warbleton and back again in a loop. This is intended for all levels and we will run as a group and chat. Not a walking group but not a fast session, lets keep this one fun.Run Guide - is me Perry a Certified UESCA Ultra Running Coach and an EA CiRF and experienced trail runner. Run chat and enjoy this route.
