Pay What You Can (we’ll pass the jug)
We’ll have mics, DIs, a keyboard and PA available. Bring your own mics for safety. Also, bring your own amps, drums, balloon trombones, kazoos and other instruments. There are opportunities to perform and, more importantly, a strong encouragement to invite players to jam with you!
Sign up early, with an 8PM start to the list. That first hour (just like my previous #120bluesnight) is the time for chart review, learning one another’s tunes, deciding on collabs, gear talk, socializing, etc.
The jam (with options for open mic performances without collaboration as well) begins at 9PM and wraps up by midnight.
LET’S JAM AGAIN!
To make sure we can keep doing this…
• wear a mask when not eating or drinking
• do not attend if you have any covid-like symptoms
• do not attend if there is any potential that you have been exposed to someone with covid or covid-like symptoms
• be mindful of distance and masking
• politely hold each other accountable
• bring your own mic, or bring your own mic cover/condom
• bring your enthusiasm and joy! We all need some!
