About this Event
Heathans (Norse for Pagan) build powerful relationships with dieties, ancestors, or nature spirits through many devotional practicies, one of which is holistic fitness.
Each gathering will be ceremonial in that, we are improving our physical bodies to become more capable vessels for magic and divine guidance.
We seek to embody the Heathen energies of Wyrd and Frifth with the goal of becoming more accountable and friendly people.
- Wyrd (life force), Nyufre: Knowing the interconnection of all things is a serious revelation and commands one to take responsibility/accuntability for every action they make.
- Frith: maintain peace and friendship in a group
We will gather at Santa Monica muscle beach at 2 pm, begin our ceremony at 2:22, and then enter a circuit workout. We'll close he circle around 4 followed by a beach cleanup.
AFTERS: to improve our frith we will be carpooling to Axe Adventures in Hollywood for some Heathen bonding.
