FAR infrared heat panels reduce arthritis and pain, improve circulation, cultivate a more restful sleep, increase muscular health, and reduce stress. Learn from Sherie how heated activities can step up your healthy living game. Enjoy gentle therapeutic movement, a detox meditation, herbal clay foot mask and fresh squeezed, cleansing juice. The temperature will be set at the comfortable level of 90 degrees creating a healing environment for relaxation.
This practice is appropriate for all levels, including those new to a hot yoga experience.
