Hi everyone.�We are starting our Fall Session on Tuesday September 9th and Thursday Sept 11th.
Class venues and times remain the same:
Grace Westminster Church at 505 10th St. E.
Gentle multi-level Flow (GM-LF) is from 9:30 to 10:45. Please be ON THE MAT at 9:30.
Chair class is from 11:00 AM to 12:15. Please be ready in your chair at 11:00
EVENING classes (GM-LF) are from 7:30 to 8:45 on Zoom. I'll be sending links to those who want to do evening ZOOM classes. Please let me know if you are planning to take part in the evening classes and I will send you a link.
I would appreciate you letting me know which in-person classes you intend to attend as well.
Prices will remain the same for this year. Drop-in fee is $15. Flex pass is 5 classes for $60.
I'm excited to share the beautiful practice of Christ--centered yoga with all of you.
