About this Event

Dear ladies,

I am happy to invite you to a spend a beautiful day among women and experience the magic of a women’s circle with heart opening ceremonial cacao and heartfelt practices, a little meditative dancing, oracle cards guidance, energy balancing practices, guided meditation and a deeply relaxing sound bath.

You will leave refreshed, recharged, renewed and inspired! 🧡🌟

It will take place in my beautiful studio created for you with love and care, surrounded by nature, in a safe and peaceful area by Heritage Hill Golf Course in Shepherdsville (just 25 min away from Louisville).

Our program at a glance:

10am - 2pm Inspiring Women's circle with beautiful heart connecting cacao ceremony and guided meditation, meditative dancing and oracle cards guidance

Healthy lunch break

3pm - 6 pm Guided meditation with Aromatherapy, gentle stretching and energy balancing practices, followed with an hour long Sound bath with quartz crystal and Tibetan bowls and other instruments - balancing, deeply relaxing and recharging, perfect to let go of the old and renew.
Delicious herbal tea will be served afterwards.

Any age and nationality is enriching and welcome!

P.S. I know that sometimes life is busy and you would love to attend but can not do the whole day. Come for the first half of the day or join us for energy balancing practices and sound healing after lunch - any amount of time you can dedicate tending to your soul, heart, body and mind will be of great benefit to you and your loved ones 💗
