Have you always wanted to receive songs? Do you have song ideas but not sure how to manifest them? Are you looking for inspiration for medicine music?Spend this day working with song leaders Lilianna Parker and Eileen Hazel, and supportive community receiving together, and let your heart channel open to receive your song!
We will spend time singing together, improvising, creating ceremony, meditating, journaling, sharing our songs, and sharing food! Marin Subud Center is close to nature and we will spend some time outside as well, weather allowing.
A vegan, gluten free lunch will be provided as part of the cost. Some snacks also provided and feel free to bring your own.
What to bring:
Yoga mat (the center has some if you don't have one)
A blanket for warmth
Water bottle
A sacred object for the altar that we will co-create
Your journal
Optional: musical instruments to support your song journey
