- 11:00 AM: Warm-up stretches and an exciting meet-and-greet to connect with fellow participants.
- 11:15 AM: The 5K Walk/Jog begins! Enjoy a scenic route through Prospect Park, starting and ending at the pavilion.
- Inclusion for All: This event is designed for both beginners and seasoned walkers/runners.
