Join us for a hands-on day that makes a real difference in the lives of our kids! Our Heart & Hands volunteer event is all about sorting and refreshing our donation pantry, where clothes, shoes, and essentials are stored for children coming to us with little more than a Walmart sack with an outfit—often the only one they have, and sometimes not even the right size.We’re looking for kind-hearted volunteers to help sort and organize donations, restock shelves, and even do some laundry to ensure every child in our care has fresh, clean clothes that fit. Our pantry is in desperate need of a refresh to keep up with the growing need, and we can’t do it without you!
What You'll Do:
-Sort Donations: Help us organize clothes, shoes, and essentials so every child finds what they need, right when they need it.
-Pantry Refresh: Restock and organize the shelves to make sure our inventory is easy to access for staff and families.
-Laundry Love: Give these donations a fresh start by washing and folding clothes to ensure they’re ready for our kiddos.
-Heartwarming Community: You’ll be working alongside like-minded volunteers, all of us here to make an immediate, tangible impact on the lives of children who need it most.
Every hour you spend here makes a difference for a child facing a challenging time. Together, let’s turn the Children in Crisis pantry into a welcoming space filled with warmth, care, and hope!
