This is the event page for the MCUSA Heartland Duels duelists, support and staff! (General Admission for spectators is $5 and sold at the door on the day of the fights, November 23rd! Please come join us!)The Heartland Duels will take place on Saturday, November 23rd in Omaha, NE, at the Nebraska Brewing Company (NBC) in cooperation with the Omaha Hell Hounds and Colorado Wardens. NBC boasts not only beer, but a large indoor space with a solid list that will be divided in 2 for faster pacing, solid horse mat footing (hallelujah), excellent lighting, and climate control! The primary mission of this tournament is to provide the opportunity for duelists to gain both RATING POINTS and TOURNAMENT ATTENDANCE toward their CAROLINA CARNAGE TEAM USA QUALIFIER prerequisites; so, duelists, count on the BUHURT INTERNATIONAL ruleset and please have your MCUSA/BI membership ready to go!
***EACH DUELING CATEGORY WILL ONLY OFFER RATING POINTS IF THERE ARE 6 BI MEMBERS REGISTERED IN MEN'S AND 3 BI MEMBERS REGISTERED IN WOMEN'S, SO IT'S -IMPERATIVE- TO COLLABORATE WITH YOUR FELLOW CATEGORY DUELISTS TO SHOW UP AND MAKE THIS HAPPEN. (Especially you, pole)***
Registration opens SEPTEMBER 2nd and closes NOVEMBER 8th for bracketing. Duelists will have a registration fee of $10/category.
