Heartistry: The Chakra Game is a therapeutic immersive board game experience aimed to bring players closer to themselves and each other. Utilizing the wisdom of the ancient Vedic chakra system, Heartistry combines Eastern philosophy with Western psychology to take players on a four stage journey of exploration, expansion, empowerment and contemplation.Players will begin their journey by completing two different chakra prompts from Stage 1: Explore. Stage 1: Explore helps players open up with basic prompts related to the chakra system. Players will then continue by answering two different prompts from Stage 2: Expand. Stage 2: Expand invites players a bit more out of their comfort zone with more challenging prompts related to the seven different chakras. Players will then move onto Stage: 3 Empower. Stage 3: Empower aims to inspire players to empower themselves and each other with these bold and daring prompts. Players will end the game with a contemplation ceremony that they will co-create together to integrate and reflect on their experience.
Players will complete a total of seven rounds/ chakras to complete the game. There are no winners! This game is about connecting deeper to yourself and the people in your group. At the end of each round players will receive a chakra elixir and chakra hors d'oeuvre that incorporates the energy of each chakra. Players will enjoy freshly juiced/ organic elixirs with intentionally paired food from the root chakra to the crown. Players will leave this immersive experience/ mini-retreat feeling well nourished and with a deeper sense of connection to their true selves, community, and purpose in the world.
