Join us for a 60-minute yoga session on Mondays at 6 pm in the second floor HeartHouse meeting space — the yoga room. As dusk begins and light bounces across the room, Yoga instructor Mary Riley Walker will teach gentle flow movement with an emphasis on gaining flexibility and balance—great for beginners, mature adults, or anyone that wants a feel-good stretch. We will also practice mindful breathing and relaxation. Please:
*Bring a yoga mat—and yoga blocks if you have them!
*Wear loose or stretchy clothes so you have free movement.
*Bring bottled water.
*Check with your doctor if you have any medical concerns.
