An evening of free-flow art, jamming and connection, with an opportunity to showcase your passion at our open mic/jam on the hearth stage!!
Come and join us for our favourite night of the month! The HEARTH community night! This is a night run by us, for the community! It's a chance to play, laugh and be creative!
We are a substance free community, and believe in the power of creativity and laughter! So please come with an open mind and open heart, and get ready for a pint of magic �
There will be a big free-flow portion of the evening, welcoming you all too play music, do some art or just hangout! Think of it as a big living room full of creative friends � We'll have some delicious homemade vegan cakes (made by our Amba Bamba) available on a donation basis and yummy teas too!
Then, the second half of the night will involve an open mic/jam session, hosted by our Jack Dippy! You'll be able to showcase your creativity here! Bring a poem, comedy act, song, dance, knitted sock, puppet show, cool skill, panting.. anything at all! We want to give you all the space to express your creativity freely!
Everything is on a donation basis here, so please pay what you can! The suggested donation is £5-10, but if you can't afford this, or even want to offer more, all donations are welcome! The space is open to everyone, and nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. But equally, all money is deeply appreciated! It helps us to keep the doors open and the heating on � Teas and cakes are also on a donation basis, with a suggested price of £1-2. Cash is preferred! �
