About this Event
What is Heartfulness Meditation?
In Heartfulness we take the heart as our object of focus and we train the mind to rest there, so that it leaves its habit of wandering and settles in the heart. Whatever we give our attention to will develop and so, with practice, the qualities of the heart grow stronger - qualities such as compassion, courage, care, intuition, sensitivity to others, acceptance of others, peace – all qualities desperately needed in this modern world. Heartfulness is underpinned by the ancient wisdom of yoga and yogic psychology.
