🧘♂️ Stephanie Sismondi
🪑 Elizabeth Gaye Stanley is an accredited Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She has been a practitioner of Heartfulness meditation since 2004 and a certified Heartfulness trainer for the last 11 years.
Gaye worked in community arts while her children grew up. She now works in health and social care and runs gentle chair yoga exercise classes with realxation. She offers chair yoga as gentle exercise leading to meditation and encourages body awareness through relaxation and tuning into how we feel.
As we centre inwards, she will take us through simple asanas, pranayama and stillness.
❤️ Anna Sutton is Heartfulness practitioner since 2005 and a certified Heartfulness trainer for the last 15 years. Heartfulness is an integral part of her life and she travels to India frequently to immerse in meditation with thousands of practitioners connecting to the light, love and peace deep in the heart.
Anna works as a Physiotherapist in Neuro Rehab for Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. She offers one to one and group Heartfulness sessions in Manchester.
She will guide us through the simple practice of meditating on the heart and will help us dive deep into our heart, to be in a natural state of love, peace and calmness.
