Our expert instructor Joanne will guide you through powerful HIIT bursts to get your heart racing, followed by climbs that test your strength and mental grit. Whether you’re chasing personal records or just looking to sweat it out, every pedal stroke is a step toward feeling stronger, fitter, and more unstoppable. By the end, you’ll have conquered the hills, crushed the intervals, and left with that satisfying burn that makes every ride worth it.
This event is open to guests and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!. All registered guests must provide a Valid Proof of ID upon check in at Steel Fitness Premier. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class to get checked in.
