Dear dancing soul,You're warmly invited to join me for this week’s DANCEmandala session, held this Saturday, September 13th, 4:00–5:45pm at the Ballina Scout Hall.
Our theme for this journey is:
Heart Wisdom: The Quiet Knowing
In the stillness beneath the noise of everyday life, our hearts carry a quiet, ancient wisdom—one that speaks not in words, but in rhythm, breath, and sensation. The heart is not just a place of feeling, but of deep knowing. When we move from the heart, we remember who we truly are.
This week, we’ll move from this sacred space, allowing our bodies to soften, release, and awaken to deeper truths held within.
This is a space to:
- Move freely, without judgement
- Reconnect with your inner landscape
- Awaken and nourish the heart through movement
Held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month, DANCEmandala is an invitation to journey inward - rooting deeply into the body, connecting with the breath, and gradually opening into radiant, expressive movement. It's a space to release tension, rekindle your inner light, and remember the wisdom that lives within you.
Whether you’re returning to the dance floor or stepping in for the first time, you’re so welcome here.

- Exchange: $30 (pre-booking or cash on arrival) **Bring a newcomer friend for $15**
- Pay It Forward: Gift a ticket to someone who might not otherwise be able to attend. Your generosity helps us offer supported places to dancers experiencing financial hardship, and continues to nurture this heart-centred community.
Bring water, wear comfy layers, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
