
About this Event
Explore grief using breathwork, meditation, and yoga alongside art, writing, and color. Daisha Nilsen of Daish Wellness and Coaching and Tamara Kubacki of Listening to Grief will lead a small group through various movement and creative exercises. Yoga and breathwork will help move heavy feelings through the body and discussion and writing prompts will aid in processing the many different types of grief we all carry. Snacks and tea will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat and mug for tea!
All kinds of grief are welcome. We will be sitting on the floor when we aren’t moving, but all the activities can be adjusted as needed. We will be writing and drawing as well.
