The "Heart Stopper Challenge" is a fundraising event for Heart Kids NZ.It is free to enter and requires no athletic prowess - just brave and passionate people with warm hearts, willing to get chilly for the hundreds of babies, children and teens diagnosed with a childhood heart condition every year in Aotearoa NZ.
The money you raise is vital in supporting our heart families during their most challenging times. Your 5 minutes of icy plunging will ensure heart kids and families receive lifelong support, at no cost.
Convince your workmates to get involved for some team building. Round up your family and friends for a bit of friendly competition, or see if your local event has a strangers team plunging that you can join!
All you need is a couple of people to join you, a crazy costume and the confidence to ask people to donate towards your chilly challenge.
