Join us for an immersive breathwork experience to amplify the divine spark of love within us all. Suitable for couples and singles alike, this ceremony entails a rigorous style of guided breathing (after warming up) which encourages the release of stuck energy, followed by ample time in stillness for integration.
The body holds a vast intelligence. It knows what needs to move, what needs to be released, and what needs to be cultivated. In this practice, the breath supports our ability to get out of the way and allow our bodies to do what they do best.
