It's a chance to connect with your intuition and set intentions for the returning light, finding warmth and clarity within the quiet heart of winter.
CACAO TEA / JOURNALLING
As we flow into the heart of our event, we’ll connect over a cup of cacao, known for its ability to open the heart and inspire creativity. We will journal and reflect, giving voice to our intentions for the new season. By sharing our thoughts and experiences, we’ll cultivate a sense of belonging and empowerment, celebrating the beautiful journey of womanhood together.
SOUND HEALING
Sound healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
