VIRTUAL Heart-Rhythm Meditation is a modern-day synthesis of ancient heart-centered meditation practices. Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) is a method of meditation that coordinates the body's respiratory, circulation and nervous systems in a state of coherence that results in an integration of one's body, mind, heart, and soul. This is an effective method of self-regulation of your body, energy, and emotions. The focus of this path is an open, loving heart. Meditation is experienced as a rehearsal for life.
All levels of meditators are welcome. In the dynamics and energy of a group, beginners and advanced meditators are able to learn, share and deepen their practice. Each class meeting will include guided meditation, time for discussion, and “everyday life” applied practices.
Facilitator: Jennifer Adrienne teaches meditation courses in private practice, professional development, and community settings. Devoted to this meditation path since 2013 and a graduate of the 2-year intensive program at the Institute for Applied Meditation on the Heart, she is certified to teach the method and philosophy of Heart Rhythm Meditation. By career Jennifer is a social science teacher, with academic degrees and professional background in sociology, music therapy, and classical music.
