About this Event
Heart Path Women’s Circles offer a precious pause to journey into the depths of your heart and explore the beauty and wisdom within. Surrounded by the nurturing energy of sisterhood, experience the sacredness of the divine feminine and find grounding, comfort, inspiration, and acceptance.
If you long for a warm and inviting sanctuary where you can be seen—truly seen—and connect with your heart’s intuitive wisdom to support your healing and wellbeing—and that of the greater whole—these circles are for you.
I created Heart Path Women’s Circles because I deeply understand the value of being part of a loving, heart-led community—where we feel safe to journey inwards and can be seen without judgment—and the profound ripple effect this can have on our families, communities, and the world, touching all beings and the earth itself.
January’s winter gathering
January marks the peak of nature’s winter cycle—a time for deep introversion and the natural yearning to slow down. This very special gathering is an invitation to turn inward, nourishing body, mind, heart, and soul in preparation for the new energy that Spring will bring.
Sitting in circle together—honoring the centuries-old tradition of women gathering in this way—we surrender to Winter’s whispers and connect with our hearts. Begin the year by gifting yourself a precious opportunity to pause, reflect, and explore what you truly need and desire for the months ahead.
The theme of this gathering is one of cocooning in our hearts, embracing the stillness and wisdom of winter.

* Important information about cacao
What is cacao?
Cacao is the raw, unprocessed form of chocolate. Unlike commercial chocolate, it is prepared with care, passion, and intention for ritual purposes. Ceremonial-grade cacao originates from Central and South America, where it has long been revered for its heart-opening and nourishing properties
Is it safe to consume?
Cacao is rich in magnesium, supports heart and brain health, promotes blood flow, and helps relax muscles and joints. It’s known to boost mood, enhance clarity and focus, and open the heart and mind.
If you are pregnant, on certain antidepressants, have a heart condition, or are on high blood pressure Medic*tion, consult your doctor before consuming and enjoy cacao in moderation.
Cacao should be consumed with caution or avoided if you are taking antidepressants that act as MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) or certain SSRIs/SNRIs, due to the potential for interactions with its active compounds, particularly tyramine and theobromine.
Does it taste like chocolate?
Yes—and no. Because ceremonial cacao is unprocessed and unsweetened, it has a richer, more earthy flavor that some may find bitter compared to regular chocolate.
** Important information about the gong
The gong is an ancient instrument that works on all levels to heal and transform. It can help to release blocks, reduce tension and support us to ease into a meditative state. This deep level of relaxation and physical release can help you reach a peaceful and clear state of body and mind. (Jeanette, Magic of Stillness).
While a gong bath is generally safe and deeply relaxing, the powerful vibrations and frequencies may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, experience epilepsy or seizures, or have sound sensitivity or other sensory conditions, please consult your doctor before participating.
