Relax and rejuvenate with a soothing Sound Bath in February, the month of love. Maybe treat someone you love as a random act of kindness.
About this Event

Join us at The Pavilion, Graylingwell Park for a rejuvenating sound bath.

In February we focus on love. Whilst commercialism may focus on our love towards others, this retreat is about self love. Allow yourself to take a pause from day to day chores and responsibilities and to get away from it all to enjoy the unique surroundings. You may choose to bring a loved one with you or come alone. Which ever you choose, but remember, as they say, self care is the best care.

During this unique sound bath / gong bath experience you will be lead through some relaxing breathing exercises to prepare for the sounds to follow. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments including gongs, chimes and crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. No experience necessary.

There will be herbal tea and cake to finish so please let me know at the time of booking if you have any allergies.

This afternoon retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Wear comfortable clothes and you may like to bring the following:

Blanket to keep you cosy
Yoga mat to lay on (although some are provided if you dont have one)
Pillow for you head
Eye mask
Water to drink afterwards

Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:

1st trimester of pregnancy
Anyone with a pacemaker
Unsupported serious mental health condition
Sound induced epilepsy
