Celebrate or find solace in this Valentine's Day (Friday, 2/14) from 6-7pm at Abundant Space in Scottsdale, AZ by giving yourself the gift of a heart opening sound bath and guided meditation for love, joy, and connection. Remove blockages to the heart chakra and bring it into balance with a powerful visualization and guided meditation that flows into a curated sound bath with crystal bowls and more.
During this event, you'll have the opportunity to relax, release stress, and restore harmony to your heart chakra. The heart chakra is associated with love, compassion, trust and gratitude. By clearing any blockages in this energy center, our inner harmony can be restored as we rebuild trust within ourselves, feel connected to ourselves, and receive and give love with intention and ease. This event is especially for anyone experiencing heartache or who may feel blocked from receiving the love we all deserve to feel, as well as those who have an abundance of loving energy to cultivate and share.
Details: Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided- you only need to bring yourself and some water, and prepare to lay back, relax, and let the sound work its magic!
