Step onto your mat and into a space of gentle self-acceptance. This class is dedicated to the restorative physical healing of Hatha Yoga, creating an experience that nourishes the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit.

What You'll Get: Heart-Opening Hatha Practice (60 minutes):
We will move through a mindful sequence of poses designed to gently open the chest, shoulders, and front body—areas where tension often holds us back from full openness.
We will combine steady breath with movement, offering modifications for all levels, so please honor your body and practice at your own pace.
This is an invitation to cultivate self-care, self-love, and a deeper sense of openness within.
Class elements:
- Breathwork (Pranayama): To soothe the nervous system and release tension.
- Brief Meditation: For grounding, presence, and immediate self-care.
- Intention-Setting: To clarify your focus for what you wish to cultivate.
- Asana Practice (Hatha): To open the heart, build strength, and increase flexibility.
- Savasana (Total Relaxation): To integrate all benefits.
📅 Schedule & Details
- Day and Time: Wednesdays, 10:00 – 11:00 (60 minutes)
- Location: Sambodhi Studio, Sala 1
- Language: English, with some Romanian available when needed.
