Join Marissa for a Heart Opening Flow at Woodberry Kitchen on Thursday February 12th at 6pm in their event space called The Gathering which is a beautiful open space, high ceilings, exposed brick and magical space for all events - including YOGA!This practice is all levels and will bring us to our mats to celebrate a heart opening flow with a fire going during our flow to warm the space. A glass of wine or N/A option will be served after class for you to enjoy and complimentary with your ticket purchase for class.
Woodberry Kitchen is also host to The Tavern which is their new restaurant concept, book a reservation on RESY if you wanted to stay for a full dinner after class.
Please bring your own mat and Venmo @Marissa-Walch $25 for this event or sign up online. Please put your email in the Venmo memo so I can add you to the event and send you a waiver if you are new to classes.
PARKING - There is street parking and also a big lot just past the restaurant on the right hand side, right after you pass under the archway. There are signs that make it seem like you can only park there if you work for the businesses, but that's just during the day. At night, it's open for anyone's use.
PLEASE TRY AND ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CHECK IN! NO REFUNDS FOR CLASSES.
