Our journey will connect you deeper with your heart and the energies of the earth. We will begin with a grounding cacao ceremony. Our cacao elixir will be made with pure ceremonial grade cacao from Guatemala with supportive healing herbs. We will sit with intention and gratitude in our cacao ceremony, opening our heart with each sip.
Then we will revitalize our being with our sacred sound healing meditation. As you rest the healing vibrations will leave you feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.
