About this Event
Did you know the most common senses that are used in animals are smell and hearing? In humans, the most common sense is often sight. In this unique and heart opening experience, we remove the visual stimuli, allowing us to go further inward and creating a vastly different experience than we're used to.
The theme of this event is heart expansion. This event will consist of multiple modalities that are often used to connect us and heal us: cacao, breathwork, movement and sound alchemy. We will experience each one by one...blindfolded.
The event will start with an overview of the flow and structure for what's to come. Attendees will be explained in detail what to expect. After that, everyone will be blindfolded and the experience will be underway.
We will start with a cacao circle. We will sit with our intentions and attention for the heart activiting medicine and drink the cacao together. Next, we will experience breathwork which is able to support us in inducing ourselves into an non ordinary state of consciousness. After the breathwork, we will transition into a movement portion where we will all be able to dance and move freely as though no one will be watching (because no one will be). There will be a specifically curated set designed to take us on a journey through music and time. Finally, the event will conclude with a sound bath presented by our talented sound bath facilitators. At the very end, there will be time for integration and sharing.
The combination of the various modalities while being blindfolded may result in experiencing: a transcendence of time+space, a deeper connection, freedom, joy, psychedelic qualities and much more.
