First up, Andy Gowland-Douglas (HeartMath Practitioner + Neuro-Change Coach) will take us through a simple exercise in heart–brain coherence. You’ll actually feel what it’s like when your head and heart click into sync—and then Andy will explain what’s really going on. It’s powerful stuff.
After morning tea, I’ll open up a chat about marketing. Not the heavy, hustle kind… but the 3 mistakes I see all the time and the 3 simple shifts that make it lighter, more natural, and a whole lot more effective. Think low cost, low tech, big heart—and we’ll even try some of it out together working in groups to apply it to your own business.
We’ll wrap things up with conversation, Q&A, and time to connect (because that’s always the best bit). And if you've got a gift or teaser to share with attendees to help them understand what you do or offer - you're very welcome to do that in the spirit of generosity and collaboration.
