When you emboss metal, you participate in an art form that has existed for centuries. Metal embossing is used to impart a design upon metal sheets. The metal is pushed with an embossing tool or stylus in order to create a raised effect on the opposite side. By placing the metal sheet on a rubber or foam pad, the positive impression has a smooth surface that will shine or can take pigment.
You will be provided with everything to make 1 of 6 heart designs by tracing the pattern then transferring this onto the metal.
I will then guide you on how to get the 3D effect and the vintage look.
Included in the Workshop price of £39 is all your materials, help, tips and advice from me, as well as a White Crusty Cob and a drink.
On booking, please advise what Cob you would like - Cheese & Onion, Beef, Lettuce & Tomato or Ham, Lettuce & Tomato.
Come on your own, or bring a friend or family, either way you will be warmly welcomed.
Payment is required in full.
Terms: Refunds are only given if I can’t make the workshop, in any other circumstances another date will be offered which maybe at another venue. As a small business unfortunately I am unable to refund if you forget to attend the workshop as materials will have been bought.
