Heart Medicine: Women's Healing Circle

Heartbreak leaves us carrying shame, blame, and stories that weigh us down long after the relationship ends. This women’s healing circle is a sacred space to come together, release heartbreak, and rediscover wholeness.

Guided by coaches Amina Ndagire and Camille Sylvester, we’ll create a nurturing environment to unload emotional burdens, share our stories, and receive support from sisters walking a similar path. Through guided reflection, storytelling, and collective healing practices, you’ll leave lighter, empowered, and more open to love—beginning with self-love.

To deepen connection, we’ll also cook and share a nourishing meal, weaving food, conversation, and community as part of the healing.
