Heart Medicine is a gentle, immersive workshop designed to awaken your inner wisdom through the ceremonial magic of cacao, meditation and expressive art.
We begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, inviting softness, clarity, and connection.
Guided somatic movement & gentle breath-work follows—fluid, embodied, and deeply intuitive—allowing emotions to move through the body with grace.
Finally, we transition into mindful artmaking, where colour, texture, and form become tools for reflection and release.
This 3-hour workshop is not about performance or perfection. It’s about listening deeply, unlocking your heart felt creativity, expressing freely, and honouring the medicine within.
No experience needed—just an open heart and a curious spirit.
