Caregiving changes you. This year’s Heart Keepers: Care for the Caregiver mini conference invites you to pause, reflect, and reframe the caregiving experience with intention, support, and hope.
Designed for family caregivers, care partners, and those who support them, this morning-to-midday gathering blends meaningful insight, embodied self-care, and practical resources—all in one restorative, community-centered space.
