Join Ericka from Black Lotus Yoga & Healing Space and Ash from Goddess Yogi Ash/ Priestess Unleashed for a special heart centered gathering. In this class we will move very slow through some yoga poses ending with a Yoga Nidra with sound bath, and cacao ceremony honoring the slower times of winter and the time for going inward not only inside to warm up but drawing inward into the heart to share with ourselves and our loved ones during the holidays.
